Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Certain products (e.g., personal care, cosmetics, intimate items, clearance items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or final-sale conditions.

  • If the products are not damaged, but if the buyers want to return them for other reasons, Buyers will ship the products with this label to the Desishoper to receive a full refund after deducting the To and From shipping charges, on the products that they return.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If you prefer, you may request an exchange for another item of equal value (subject to availability).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In case of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at desishoperofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within the return window.
